I hope everyone had a wonderful time bringing in the New Year with family and friends but now I am sure you’re sitting at home (hungover AF) and hopefully reading this blog post wondering where I am about to go with this thing. haha. Well here’s the truth I thought it would be a great idea to start the New Year with a post all about how to conquer this New Year and get yourself on the right track right off the bat. I know it has been a long couple of months of eating copious amounts of holiday cookies, candy, cakes, thanksgiving dinners, you name it and I am guilty of ingesting it too.
