It’s the most wonderful time of the year! Well second most wonderful time of the year… It’s the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale! Seriously this is one time of the year I look forward to and I have been extra pumped for this years just given the current state of 2020… I needed something to look forward to haha and as usual the Nsale did not disappoint.
Hi everyone! Happy 2020! Still cannot believe that we are already in a new year… but I thought how fun would it be to share my Top 19 Products of 2019! I personally think that I have discovered so many AMAZING products this past year that have become my absolute FAVORITES. I use all of these on a regular basis, whether they are clothes, accessories, health products, workout materials, etc…

I hope you all are having a great Monday! I know I am, mainly because I had today off 🙂 YAY. With that being said I wanted to get out another fitness blog post to start our week off strong. Last week I wanted to share a great at home leg HIIT with you all and today I have another leg workout except this one involves some weights and equipment so you will need a gym or at least some free weights for this workout.

Since most of my posts on Monday’s are going to be geared towards getting our bootys in shape or keeping them in shape for the new year, I thought what better way to start this Monday off than with a Booty Workout Blog Post!
With Thanksgiving ending and the holiday season in full effect I am sure most of you are feeling the same way I am feeling when it comes to all the holiday goodness. You want to enjoy all the deliciousness there is to offer but you also don’t want to feel like crap or gain unnecessary weight in the process. Luckily there is a lot you can do during this time a year to help combat those annoying things from happening while still enjoying your favorite holiday treats!
I am a hugeeee believer in “everything in moderation”. I have been there and done that when it came to trying to be as healthy as I could be (especially during this time of the year) and it got so bad that I would never even let myself enjoy treats or my favorite meal. & let me tell you doing that FREAKING SUCKED! There is no reason to deprive yourself of the things you love just because you don’t want to gain a few extra pounds. Down below I am going to share some of my favorite tips that help keep me feeling good and on track this time of year so you can still enjoy the deliciousness without regretting it later on!
That time of year is getting near where the weather gets a bit chillier, the clothes get a little more loose and that sweet tooth goes crazy with all the treats surrounding us. Believe me I get it, it is freaking hard to stay healthy in the Fall and Winter. We are surrounded by deliciousness and the gloomy cold weather makes laying in bed sound a whole lot better than going to the gym. & I know it seems insane that we go all Spring and Summer getting our health and fitness on only to have it ruined the minute Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas approach. But YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THAT THIS YEAR!!
