So we all know how Thanksgiving dinner goes. You get super fancy smancy only to sit down in yours or a relative/friends dining room, ready to eat all the deliciousness laid upon the table. Seems like a no brainer when it comes to picking out the “right” outfit to wear for the event but for some reason finding a simple yet chic outfit for the dining room isn’t always the easiest decision.
No worries though because I have got you covered.
Down below are three different outfits that are perfect fits for the dining room Thanksgiving day dinner. All three of these looks are super simple to recreate and I will have the exact links along with similar affordable options for each look linked down below each look.
LOOK #1 DETAILS
Look numero uno, is a simple yet stylish dress. It is perfect for the Fall weather (well at least down in the southern states) and is EXTREMELY breathable, which we all know is a plus plus when it comes to Thanksgiving Day. The color is a perfect burnt orange to match with the festivities. I paired this dress with a pair of simple taupe booties, a pair of gold hoops and diamond necklace. When it comes to dresses like this one I like to keep my accessories simple, so my dress can get more of the attention.
LOOK #2 DETAILS
Look numero dos, is my personal favorite and more than likely going to be my Thanksgiving Day outfit. This little outfit is extremely comfortable and the skirt has so much stretch to it, you’ll be sure to enjoy every last bite of turkey. It is perfect for the warmer states, while still keeping it “Fall” appropriate with all the browns and camel colors. I paired this look with some of my all time FAVORITE Steve Madden open toe booties, a pair of dangly earrings and a layered gold chocker. I also threw on a simple gold studded bangle to add a little something something to my arm haha.
LOOK #3 DETAILS
Look numero tres and also the final look, is definitely a look for the colder states. For this look I decided to go for a more comfortable yet still chic outfit. I paired this super cozy mock neck tunic sweater with the comfiest black leggings EVER. I decided to pair my knee high riding boots with this look, although a pair of over the knee boots would pair just as nicely too (I just didn’t have any that matched this sweater). Since the neck line is so high on this sweater I kept my jewelry very minimal. Decided to only wear a pair of studded diamond earrings. I am not the biggest fan of long necklaces but you could totally pair one with this look. & If it is really cold where you live you could even add a scarf to this look. With an outfit this simple and versatile, really anything is possible!
Those are my three simple yet chic dining room appropriate outfits for Thanksgiving. I hope you found these outfits helpful when choosing what to wear for the upcoming holiday.
& I wish you all a wonderful Thanksgiving with your family and friends!
